UAB Construction offer you the whole package from the initial planning and design of your proposed build to handing over the keys to a finished/complete project.
We will take you through the step by step programme of the planning application process and architectural design complete with drawings to your desired finish, giving you that clearer insight of your finished outcome.
Once you’re happy and agree to our contractual terms, UAB Construction will;
1. Commence groundworks and construct up to DPC (Damp Proof Course) constantly liaising with our building inspector in order to ensure building regulations compliance.
2. Build up to wall plate/roof height, following the specific detailed construction drawings for your project.
3. Ensure a watertight structure by applying roofing components whilst following tight guidelines from proposed construction drawings and building control.
4. Once watertight, we will undertake interior build works from plaster boarding, plumbing, electrics, gas installations, to fitouts and completion in all living and amenity spaces strictly adhering to client specifications.
Our commitment to you is to ensure that you are kept up to date with the project build progress by having regular meetings and making sure you’re happy with the work executed.
